I had an issue with my order from vipoutlet.com where the item showed up with a small problem, so I ended up having to reach out to support.

To be fair, they did get back to me and they eventually fixed it, but it took a few messages back and forth and some waiting around, which was kind of frustrating.

So, I guess overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either. I’d maybe order again if the deal was really good, but I probably wouldn’t count on super quick help.

The order showed up on time and it works fine, so I’ll give it that. But i don’t have a lot of patience for vague descriptions, and the cosmetic wear was definitely more obvious than I expected. There were some noticeable scratches and scuffs. It’s not a bad deal for the price, but clearer photos or details would’ve saved the surprise...

At first I thought the prices seemed cheap, but once I got it, the quality just didn’t feel worth it. whoever runs this should do a better job making sure the product matches the price. I probably should’ve just spent a little more somewhere else.

It was okay overall, haha. I wouldn’t say I’m rushing to buy it again at full price, but if it goes on sale, I’d probably consider ordering it again.
