I've ordered from VIP Outlet a few times. Each time, the item has been in excellent condition, and it shipped fast. The prices are great and sometimes you can get super lucky and get an item at almost 1/3 of its MSRP. I recommend this site to friends and family all the time.

I had a so-so experience, which turned into a GREAT one! I had an issue with my order. It was quickly addressed and I was offered a great resolution! Wonderful communication with seller, too!

I had 4 unsuccessful attempts to navigate through Walmart.ca websites to get a return label mailed for a purchase I made at Walmart.ca marketplace. Walmart.ca support was absolutely no Help and repeated instructions to me which turned out, had no links to their website.
There was one person who recognized my problem, Ariel a VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist. She came through and saw my problem and today I successfully mailed my item back to the seller.

I ordered a patio set from them. They fouled up the shipping address. No activity on fedex tracking for 4 days after they printed the label and said it was shipped. Sat in the fedex warehouse and never moved despite my correspondence and phone calls to vip outlet asking them to follow up. Took 4 days for their refund to clear to my credit card. Like a fool, I reordered, they billed my credit card and it was “processing” for two days. Then today they cancelled the order and says “out of stock”. This company is fraudulent. Shame in them. Customer service seems like they are concerned but actually does nothing. After posting on TrustPilot, VIP asked for my order numbers so they could make a "deep dive". I provided them, but did not hear back from them.

I highly recommend purchasing from vip outlet! I was at first skeptical of making an online purchase because the prices were so low vs a retail brick and mortar store but I took a chance and placed my order. I'm glad I did, I am so impressed with their prices,service and packaging and the quality of their products and a great selection too! I will definitely be purchasing more things from them in the near future. They are my go to place for sure!!

The hassle is not worth it. Trust me when I say it - buy from a legit, trusted site. Twice I was sent the wrong products in the wrong amounts and they refuse to admit to their errors. They also refuse to refund your money when they make the mistake until they receive the product at their warehouse and check it back in (which is an unreasonably long process). Basically they keep your $ hostage. Mistakes happen, but this seems to be something they do on the regular, which makes me think they are scammers. Especially because both times the items I received were substantially below the price of the ones I had paid for. Super suspect. I read other bad reviews and thought that won't happen to me cause I'm only ordering stuff I really want and won't be returning. That worked out okay for me until they started sending me the wrong items after I trusted them enough to spend more $ at their site. Not cool.

Update: They sent me an email giving me 10% off my next order (as if that would make up for the hassle or my frustration - plus I'm not ordering from here again, so that's a non-solution for me). So no they did not make anything right. They also asked me to take my review down. Again, no acceptable solution so review stays. They did refund one of my returned products since this review. It took a few weeks. And again, this was a case where I was not sent my full order and thus their error. Should have been refunded immediately.

I had been looking for a Fitbit Inspire 2 for my wife. She's not tech-savvy, so I didn't want to spend alot of money - (what if she doesn't like it?). I came across VIP outlet selling refurbished fitbits. Many different prices, and grades. I decided on a Grade A black Fitbit Inspire 2 for just $35.00. That includes shipping. The shipping was fast through FedEx. The packaging was not original, but very well done - no pieces sliding around. On the outside of the packaging, I saw that it was a Grade B. OH, OH! But when I opened it up, the device was PERFECT! Brand new bands, no scratches on the face, just PERFECT! I downloaded the Fitbit App on my wife's iPhone. I plugged in the charging cable that came with it, and started charging. I used the App to sync the device to the phone. It worked flawlessly. I went on youtube to find out how to use the fitbit, and got all the info I needed. My wife now uses it occasionally when she goes walking, and likes it. It's simple, because I switched the watch face to one that has all the info she needs on it - steps, distance, calories and heart rate. I am very pleased with my purchase and this company is highly recommended!

I haven't gotten it yet, but apparently on Walmart sometimes products are already opened and I'm also scared that one of the things I've ordered is fake. How do I know that you are not scamming me?

Im responding bc if i dont it says it could be removed - You have had 30 days. How much more time or money would you like to have of mine? Order number: 2000105-23882753 is the Walmart order. Since I blasted about the unrealistic prices. I see the product suddenly almost doubled in price .... funny how that works huh?

Original review - They are a scam. Customer servive are scum. Cant believe it hasnt been shut down.
Worst of all. This happened to me on walmart.com! They advertise merchandise they don't have at remarkably low price. So you buy it, then take your money. print a label. That's never scanned or picked up. They then blame fed ex. 30 days later they tell you that they will refund when merchandise is returned. When it was never recieved to begin with. They are a scam. They take people's money then occasionally refund it no interest for 30 days

I bought a Hoover Elite vacuum cleaner from VIP Outlet for ~$30 less than the next lowest price. The order was missing the screw that connects the handle to the base. I contacted VIP Outlet customer service and they Fed-Ex'd me a new screw. Outstanding customer service!!

I was able to get a PS5 console for about the normal sale price instead of the Scalper price 3x higher. it's refurbished but works great. I've only had one problem out of 60 items bought and it was actually on my part. I messed up my delivery address.

Even though it was an open box, The mixer was fine and just the right size. I'm not a big baker but this little mixer saves me time and does a better job than I could do by hand. It comes with a nice metal bowl(wish it was glass), a dough hook, whisk and a mixing hook. all in all a very nice little unit.

Great selection of quality products. Easy to place an order. Items ship fast and arrive quickly. tems packed well to avoid shipping damage. Product was just as described. Greaat experience.
